El proyecto se hace cargo de su emplazamiento posicionándose como un monumento más del centro cívico de la capital, valiéndose para ello de su aspecto monolítico. Así mismo, cuestiona la noción de monumento como  símbolo que busca poner en valor un qué determinado, desprendiéndose de todo significante y relevando mediante su fachada espejada lo que ocurre a su alrededor. La diada de espejos y el trazado que demarca su entorno se configuran en conjunto como un aparato lúdico, que busca congregar y reunir una variedad de personas y situaciones. Es en este acto que el proyecto como monumento encuentra su expresión y contenido,  uno elaborado colectivamente y en continuo cambio, presentándose como antípoda de un monumento estático y
destinado a permanecer inalterado.

The project takes charge of its location, positioning itself as another monument of the civic center of the capital, making use of its monolithic appearance. Likewise, he questions the notion of monument as a symbol that seeks to value a certain what, detaching itself from all significant and relieving through its mirrored façade what happens to its around. The dyad of mirrors and the layout that demarcates its surroundings are configured together as a playful device, which seeks to congregate and bring together a variety of people and situations. It is in this act that the project as a monument finds its expression and content, one elaborated collectively and in continuous change, presenting itself as the antipode of a static and destined to remain unchanged
